Permanent synchronisation of the controlled axis with the speed measurement
of an external encoder : the cutting system is synchronised once and
for all and then operates by displacement
Product feed is continuous and not intermittent : this is particularly
important when the product being fed cannot be stopped or when high production
rates are required
Optimisation of movements and elimination of transitional breaks in
speed : absence of jerks, longer lifetime of mechanical parts and
more economical sizing of the drive system
Possibility of choosing cutting lengths longer than the travelling distance
of the slide rest
Back up speed of the cutting system modulated as a function of the product
feed speed
Easy modification of parameters due to the CANopen bus (for example
length of the piece to be cut...)
Elimination of cue marking on the product if no re-setting is necessary
