DIGIVEX Drive : New SinCos emulation interface


In some servo applications, it can be necessary to have a particular interface to allow compatibility between signals.				The SC6643 card, developed as an option for the DIGIVEX Drive Series (DSD, DMD, DPD) allows : • SinCos emulation of motor position, • Interface between DIGIVEX and the external controller with SinCos input for the positioning control (for example NC with SinCos input), • Indexing function with precise absolute positioning within motor revolution.
Output signals of the SinCos emulation interface				SinCos emulation output : • Incremental signals : 2 sinusoidal signals A and B, 90° dephased, • Reference signals : 1 square signal per motor revolution, • Adjustable resolution with Parvex Motion Explorer software (256, 512, 1024 sinusoids per motor revolution for a one pair of poles resolver).
Indexing function set-up with Parvex Motion Explorer software				Indexing function : This function allows : • Absolute positioning for a given position on the motor revolution, triggered by logic input, • Activation of logic output, when positioning is done, Adjustment of this function is done through the Parvex Motion Explorer software. This indexing function is also available without SinCos interface (SH6601 reference).
