For machine automation, servomotors used for axis control need:
- Power control
- Position measurement and trajectory generator
- Input and output management.
By integrating these functions in a same compact product (fig.1),
the DIGIVEX Motion range allows:
- Cost reduction ,
- Reliability (fewer connections),
- Easier set-up and maintenance by the combing of the speed loop
and the position loop.

Perfectly
adapted to the large range of Parvex brushless motors (from 0,2 Nm
up to 700 Nm), these products integrate a very high level of control:
- High resolution of the position measurement
- Integrated filters
- Trajectory (master and slave) reconstruction and feed forward use
These advanced control and feed forward characteristics allow motion
to be precise even at high torque. The tracking error even at high
speed remains near zero for an optimal response . |

The range
is developed around a multitasking real time structure which integrates
several types of program, all written in the same language:
- Motion program
- General task PLC program
- Fast PLC program
- Particular management programs for interrupting inputs
Furthermore, the integrated CANopen bus communication allows network
connection for advanced communication tasks. |

The DIGIVEX Motion range is proposed in single axis or multi axis
versions and available from 0,37 kW up to 120 kW with direct connection
to 230V, 400V or 460V.
The set-up is easily made by PC with the powerful PARVEX Motion
Explorer software including a complete tool box:
- Speed and position loop tuning
- 4 channels oscilloscope and stimulus generator
- Internal variable observation and input/output forcing
- Fault recording and diagnostic help
With their functions and the 26 integrated I/O, the advanced control
and the CANopen communication, these products are made to offer
a precise solution to various applications. From simple single axis
machines where they can be used in a stand alone mode to complex
machines needing adapted means of supervision and dialogue between
axis.
